Bournemouth West Beach
As the prom stretches west towards Poole, again, there is a mix of privately-owned and Council-owned huts. The area is part of the Seafront Strategy plan and works are taking place during the winter of 2017/18 to improve facilities.
From refined dining overlooking the sea to a spot of kite-surfing, there is always something going on. During the summer months, weddings take place on the beach. You may feel a little under-dressed in your swimwear as you watch the smartly dressed guests celebrating with the happy couple!
Although access to huts isn’t usually restricted along this stretch, there are often events going on so it’s another great area to enjoy the buzz of a busy seafront.
