Bournemouth Big Wheel
Located on Bournemouth's Pier approach and standing at over 33 metre high the Bournemouth Big Wheel (replacing the Bournemouth Balloon, a tethered baloon in the Lower Gardens which was known as the Bournemouth Eye) opens for the summer daily from 11am through to 10pm until September 5th. Introduced to experience panoramic views of the resorts award-winning seafront the Bournemouth Big Wheel returned to Bournemouth for English Tourism Week, The big wheel boasts 27 gondolas and replaced the Vistarama Baloon which was an attraction in Bournemouth Lower Gardens.
The big wheel was previously at Pier Approach as an addition to Bournemouth's Christmas line-up.
