Bournemouth Air Festival is the UK's biggest air festival and is back in 2018 between 30th August - 2nd September from 10am - 10pm daily! The Air Festival takes place between the Boscombe Pier and Bournemouth Pier providing 4-days of action and entertainment in the air, on land and at sea! Award-winning and internationally renowned. Night Air entertainment will light up the skies of the UK’s leading coastal resort with pyrotechnic night flying, street entertainment, awesome live music and military performances. A free to attend event, the Bournemouth Air Festival is so much more than an air show!

The Air Festival Organisors work very closely with the Royal Navy, welcoming them, the Army and the Royal Marines, back to the festival. In previous years hosting a great number of Royal Navy and Royal Fleet Auxiliary ships, alongside adrenaline pumping amphibious beach assault demonstrations, ship visits and an interactive naval village area.
The brilliant Night Air takes place Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening in the Lower Gardens, in the skies and on the beach front – every reason to stay longer and see more!

Bournemouth music stage
Located by Bournemouth Pier, the stage will again be hosting three nights of great live music from tribute entertainment to incredible jazz and funk.
Saturday 2nd September was a great day at the 10th Bournemouth Air Festival with 500, 000 people flocking to the beach to watch Bournemouth's fantastic free festival and also the UK's largest air festival, on show were The Red Arrows on at 12 Noon joined by the Great War Display Team, Hurricane, Breitling Wingwalker, Yakovlevs, Bristol Blenheim, Strikemaster, Twisted Duo, The Red Devils Parachute Regiment Freefall Team, The Tigers, Xtreme, Sally B, The Blades, Vampire Pair and Otto.
